We have maintained our ISO 9001:2015 and Regulation (EU) 2016/425 Module D certifications for the past 20 years as certified by SGS United Kingdom Ltd. and SGS Fimko OY in Finland.
Our analog instrumentation and hoses are also CE and UKCA certified under the same EU Harmonization Standard EN250/425 and as amended into UK law. All manufactured products are likewise engraved, imprinted, or shown with CE and UKCA markings where required.
All raw materials, components, and assemblies delivered to ProAsia Design are thoroughly inspected against engineering drawings and tracked with a unique identification lot number.
We utilize these unique identification numbers just in case we encounter issues with components during the assembly stage allow us the ability to track issues back to the source supplier. We commonly look for issues related to the intended hardness, dimensions, finish, and color, among other critical characteristics. For outgoing finished goods, completed assemblies are again inspected before packaging to ensure a high standard of quality.
Manufacturing starts at the documentation side, recording the process for each individual product and defining the lot size. This document is used to withdraw from inspected inventory the components needed to assemble the product.
It lists the documented (work instructions) procedures to follow to assemble the product correctly. In-process inspection criteria is noted, and inspection of components and subassemblies is continuously performed.
At the end of the assembly process the lot moves to final inspection where each product is 100% inspected according to an inspection plan for that product; items that do not pass inspection are returned to assembly for rework.
Our analog production lines maintain strict assembly and calibration procedures for the assembly and testing of manufactured products.
