Backing our work with meaningful warranties at no additional cost
The warranty period for all analog instruments is 24 months from the date of manufacture. The serial number and date of manufacture can be found on the back of the module. This covers all standard compasses, max depth gauges, and pressure gauges.
The warranty period on all hoses and rubber products is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
The warranty period on all refurbished and/or repaired items is 12 months from the date of service.
*Please note that our warranty does not cover theft, loss, or damage due to accident, abuse, tampering, lack of maintenance, or exposure to excessive temperature, extended sunlight, or deteriorating chemicals. Service or modifications by any person or persons other than an authorized service technician voids the warranty. ProAsia Design will not be responsible for recovery or replacement of the product in the event of loss or theft.
